You asked for it, and 80/20 delivered. We're now offering four new profiles, including three smooth fractional and one smooth fractional ultralite.

Why smooth fractional? Enjoy the clean, smooth look and feel of 80/20's metric line with hard fractional dimensions. These new profiles are compatible with all 15 Series parts and accessories and are perfect for applications such as retail displays, clean rooms, and tradeshow exhibits.

80/20's selection of panels has been expanded to include several new options: mill finish, solid aluminum plate in five thicknesses ranging from 1/16" to 3/8", clear polycarbonate panels in three thicknesses ranging from 1/16" to 1/2", wire mesh panels in two additional powder coat colors, and PVC coated wire mesh with 2" x 2' openings. We have also added new 30 Series Slide-In T-Nuts to our product offering. These new steel with bright zinc finish T-Nuts remain level in the slot for easier screw engagement and are the most cost-effective 30 Series T-nut.
